My name is Giovanna Moreira. I am an Ayurvedic therapist and licensed nutritionist, trained in both Brazil and Portugal. My work is devoted to women's holistic health, with special care for detoxification, nourishment of body and mind, and true rejuvenation. Everything I share is guided by the principles of Ayurveda, a traditional system of Indian medicine whose roots reach back thousands of years. Ayurveda entered my life in 2020 in a quiet and unexpected way. What began as personal healing gradually became a calling. Through my own process, I began to recognize how deeply women need space to return to themselves, to honor their cycles, their sensitivity, their strength, and their uniqueness. Ayurveda reminds us that healing is not only about treating symptoms, but about restoring rhythm. When we return to what is steady, simple, and supportive, the body begins to reorganize itself—and rejuvenation becomes possible, not as a superficial promise, but as a lived experience of vitality.
